Begin saving money with UTAP.

Step 1: Download and fill out the UTAP Application.  This form MUST be typed.

Step 2: Choose the Utility service you will use from the list below --landlord should identify Company. Click on the Start link and fill out all information --ALL FIELDS MUST be typed --including meter readings.  Note: These forms cannot be saved once completed, so please have all information handy ahead of time.  

Step 3: Bring extra copy of rental agreement, completed UTAP application, completed Start Utility Company application and $77.00 to the UTAP office.   Cash, check or credit card accepted.
