Ab Express: Develop the core strength you need for maximum fitness and sports performance with this 30 minute strength class. Focusing on the target areas of the glutes, hips, and abdominals; this class is a guaranteed challenge for any fitness level.

Aikido: Aikido is a powerful method of self protection that can be studied by men and women of all ages, and is widely taught to the police and armed forces across the world. It is based on turning and spinning movements which seek to redirect the force of the attack into the ground or back through the attacker, culminating in an immobilization or projection. The art of Aikido is unique in the martial world as it is not only a purely defensive art, but also aims to cause no serious injury to the attacker, whilst maintaining the safety of the defender. It is this moral approach that has been the identifying characteristic of Aikido as it has spread throughout the world.


Belly Dancing: If you dream or wonder about being a belly dancer, this class will help you learn the art and attain all of the benefits of this ancient art. With Aela Badiana, your belly dancing education is the third most important teaching goal - her main goals are to have fun while achieving an effective and safe fitness workout! Beginning and Intermediate/Advanced level classes are both taught.


BOSU:
A unique and multidimensional class that integrates Core, Strength and Balance training. Perfect for athletes and persons desiring to improve their core strength, stability and quickness.


Body Sculpt: Body Sculpting is a total body workout consisting of a 5-10 minute warm-up (floor or step) and exercises for all muscles groups using various tools such as step, ball, dumbbells, resistance tubing, and body bars. The class finishes with a 5 minute stretch/relax section.


Cardio Yoga: Based on the ancient blends of hatha yoga, this class blends balance, strength, flexibility and power in a fitness format. Cardio Yoga overcomes the mystery of yoga by delivering a practical, user-friendly style, which is accessible, understandable, and doable by individuals at any level of fitness.

Cycling:Cycling is an aerobic exercise that takes place on a specially designed stationary bicycle. Instructors guide participants through workout phases. Warm-up, steady up-tempo cadences, sprints, climbs, cool-downs, etc. During the class the pace is varied - sometimes pedaling as fast as you can, other times cranking up the tension and pedaling slowly from a standing position. This helps you to focus inwardly and work on your mind as well as your body.


Drums Alive!:
A fitness class which combines the dynamic movements of aerobic dance with the pulsating rhythms of the durm. Drums Alive! utilizes "whole brain - whole body" thinking by developing sensory motor reflexes and kinesthetic awareness. A great aerobic workout which will lead to better concentration, motor improvement, and improve an overall sense of well being!


HardCore: A 55-minute, full-body, integrated resistance training class designed to improve functional and core strength, body composition, coordination, and balance using free weights and body weight combined with the BOSU trainer, resistance tubing and stability balls.


Combat Hapkido: Hapkido aims to be an effective form of self-defense and employs joint locks, pressure points, throws, kicks, and other strikes. Hapkido practitioners train to counter the techniques of other martial arts as well as common "unskilled" attacks.


Jazzercise: Each 60-minute workout is a fusion of dance and muscle toning movements choreographed to today’s hottest music, including Top 40, jazz, country, funk, and classics. Instructors make all the routines fun and easy-to-follow. Every class includes a gentle warm up, 30-minute aerobic workout, muscle toning and strengthening segment with weights, and a stretch finale. This workout is a proven combination of aerobic exercise and strength training with weights, resistance tubes and balls that covers all the fitness bases as you cross train your way to a fit and fabulous look.


Kickboxing:
Join our great kickboxing instructors with a high energy workout of cardio boxing moves. This class will challenge your cardio capacity like no other workout. Safe and effective form is stressed and low impact moves are demonstrated for those just getting started.


Russian Martial Arts (Systema):
Russian Martial Arts Instructor Raimonds Zelcs is an experienced instructor in the art of SYSTEMA, which is a unique Russian Survival/Fighting system. SYSTEMA takes its roots in traditional Russian martial arts, emphasizing a combination of strong spirit and morale, coordination of breathing, body posture and movement. SYSTEMA was improved and further developed for use by particular Special Operation Units within the SPETSNAZ – Russian Special Forces.


Spin and Stretch: A one hour cycle class followed by 30 minutes of yoga based stretches designed to release all of the tightness and tension cycling leaves behind.


Step/Step Interval: Get off to a great Monday morning start with basic cardio moves performed on the step. Step moves will be performed at different intensities to meet your fitness level. Interval training is an efficient training tool to increase your metabolism and increase cardio endurance. Abs and stretching included in this workout.


Strength Express: Develop the overall strength you need for maximum fitness and sports performance with this 30 minute strength class using a fun yet challenging mix of BOSU, body weight, resistance tubing, and stability balls. Focusing on the core, shoulders, arms and legs; this class is a guaranteed challenge for any fitness level.
Sunrise/Sunset Cycling and Spinning: A dynamic, stationary, group cycling experience led by a specially trained instructor. For beginners and seasoned athletes, indoor cycling classes will help strengthen and tone both body and mind.


Vinyasa Yoga:
This style of yoga is characterized by a focus on vinyasa, or a dynamic connecting posture, that creates a flow between the more static traditional yoga postures. The whole practice is defined by six specific series of postures, always done in the same order, combined with specific breathing patterns (ujjayi breathing). The purpose of vinyasa is to create heat in the body, which leads to purification of the body through increased circulation and sweating. It also improves flexibility, as well as tendon and hard tissue strength, allowing the student to practice advanced asanas with reduced risk of injury. Expect movements to include strengthening and balance postures in addition to stretching.


Zumba: Zumba fuses hypnotic Latin rhythms and easy to follow moves to create a dynamic workout system that will blow you away. The routines feature interval training sessions where fast and slow rhythms and resistance training are combined to tone and sculpt your body while burning fat. Add some Latin flavor and international zest into the mix and you've got ZUMBA!
