- The Panzer Hotel has 36 pet rooms or can refer to kennels.
- Electricity is 220 volts only. Plug adapters are not transformers.
- The phones in your room are commercial German phones. There is 5 cent charge per minute for local calls, 10 cents a minute for Germany wide calls, 20 cents a minute for international calls, and 35 cents a minute for calls to cellular phones. A DSN phone is available in the lobby for business calls with world wide access.
- Do Not Disturb: When you place the Do Not Disturb sign on your door, you are indicating no service is required. However, because of health standards, we are required to provide service after 2 days. Other arrangements can be made with the reception desk or room attendant to comply with your work schedule. If the sign is displayed after 12:00 noon, your room will be serviced the next day.
- Towels: Our policy in observing Environmental Awareness in regards to our towel service is, put your towels back on the rack if you want to re-use them, otherwise off the rack means fresh towels. You will find extra towels under the sink. There is a replacement fee for stained or missing towels.
- Laundry Facilities: There are three guest laundry rooms with three washers and dryers in each. Laundry rooms are located on the even floors, we ask our guests to check and empty lint traps before and after use. AAFES vending machines are in the laundry room with laundry items.
Check In / Check Out: Check in time is 3 p.m. and check out time is 11 a.m.
Room Payments: Long term TDY and PCS guests pay every 10 days. TDY personnel staying only for one evening and "Space A" guests are asked to pay for their entire stay at check in.
