The Information, Referral, & Follow up Program (IR&F) of Army Community Service is the main center for information and referral within US Army Garrison Stuttgart. IR&F promotes readiness by providing accurate information and referral assistance to our Service Members, civilians, contractors, and their Families regarding military and civilian community resources. The IR&F office maintains a combination of hard copy and electronic files of installation and community resources.
